We hold a license issued by the NSW Department of Community Services Children's Regulation Unit and adhere to the Education and Care Services National Regulations, ensuring the provision of high quality care and ensuring that families have access to Child Care Benefit and other related subsidies.  

We have been granted In-Home Care Positions by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations. 

Country Children's Early Learning is owned and managed by its founder Julia Morphett, a Degree Qualified Early Childhood Teacher who has worked in the field of Early Childhood Development and Education for over 19 years.   Julia's work in this field has been diverse as she has taken on many roles throughout her career, working as a       Pre-School Teacher, Centre Director and a Children's Services Manager.   During this time Julia has had the opportunity to work with staff and families closely and has gained an insight into the support that is needed by Educators and Parents alike.

Julia is a mother of two, and has seen the growing need for a more flexible child care option in Country NSW.  She has taken Family Day Care and In-Home Care to a new level with the amount of support that is offered to the Educators and Parents of Country Children's Early Learning.
