Smart Start Early Learning Centre welcomes all families and faiths.  As owners and operators, our mission is to ensure that each child enjoys a safe, caring, happy, successful and rewarding time with us.  We will nurture, stimulate, lead, empower and motivate each child within a balanced and harmonious environment.  Based on the Virtues Project which teaches positive life values, compassion, tolerance and respect, we endeavour to discover each child’s individual interests, inner strengths and characteristics.  Our mission is to ensure that through play, every child in our centre develops cognitively and academically.  Our children will acquire skills that enable them to handle school, family life, relationships and social interactions within the wider community.  In short, we aim to develop and promote self-esteem, social functioning, resilience and emotional self-regulation within a balanced and play-based environment.

We believe that this can best be achieved through an holistic approach with the assistance and cooperation of parents, our educators and the community within an environment of love, knowledge, respect, leadership, empathy and peace.  Our focus is to continually empower our children, to listen to them and to enhance their knowledge, creativity and awareness, thus benefiting and enabling each child to develop a healthy self-concept, positive self-image and enjoy their life to the fullest.
